It's easy to forget about our body.... until it starts to hurt
Massage Therapy helps you reconnect with it
By working together, I will help you understand your pain, which, in turn, will help you understand and feel your body better.
We will discuss your health history and your expectations and then decide the best approach; being a Sports Massage, a Remedial Massage or a Deep Tissue Massage.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cupping are also available. Find out more

Treatments are available across three locations in London,
each offering a slightly different setting and experience.
Soho:
Treatments at Kaizen Physio & Performance take place in a high-end clinical setting in central London. The space offers a professional environment with modern treatment rooms, hydraulic tables, and reception support, making it particularly well suited for clients seeking a more structured or multidisciplinary approach.
Camden Town:
Based within a reformer Pilates studio, Ceci Studio offers a calm and comfortable space with a more relaxed, spa-like feel. The treatment room is quiet and cosy, providing an ideal environment for hands-on therapy in a softer, more restorative setting.
Herne Hill:
Located in a residential area of Herne Hill, this space provides a simple and informal setting for treatment. It is well suited to regular sessions and ongoing care, offering a quieter, more low-key environment.

I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapy, FHT, the largest professional body for complementary, beauty and sports therapy which works with many private insurance companies to provide coverage for massage treatments.
