Yes. Appointments can be booked online for all locations. Please note that appointments in Herne Hill and Camden require advance payment at the time of booking. Appointments at Soho can be paid for after your treatment.

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time can be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are charged in full.

Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or cash at Herne Hill and Camden. Card payments are processed securely through Square. Note that only card payment via Square is accepted at our Soho location via Kaizen Physio clinic.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and recognised by many health insurance providers. As policies vary, I recommend checking directly with your insurer to confirm your level of cover before booking.

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for treatments in Herne Hill and Camden and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
